Cell Phones for Less is the fastest growing Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless in New York and Pennsylvania. We are looking for new talent to join our team and lead our team in the Syracuse as a District Manager.
Your Role Here:
- Recruit, train, and motivate for assigned locations
- Develop, grow, and build awareness around locations.
- Execute the company's standards, policies, and mission of bringing to life the Cricket Wireless Brand in the areas under their jurisdiction while achieving the outcomes listed in this scorecard.
- Community and B2B outreach to help bring awareness and business to locations. Organize and coordinate events with his/her team to bring to life the Cricket Brand into the communities we serve. Expected to be the champion of Cricket and lead a grassroot marketing effort to build awareness about the brand and stores.
Compensation
- Full Time
- Starting at $70,000-$90000 plus the opportunity to earn commission

Must be 18 years or older.- Retail/ sales experience.
- Preferred wireless sales experience.
