Field Consultant (Area Supervisor)

Join Hawaii’s leading convenience store. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional to fill the position of Field Consultant. This position is directly responsible to manage the overall operations of seven to eight 7-Eleven locations.

• Supervise, train and develop store management staff to create solutions to improve overall store operations (financial organizational, communication, etc) including expense and labor control
• Ensure stores meet and maintain an image that complies with the company standards on store appearance and customer service
• Communicate the procedures for merchandising programs to management staff and monitor to ensure implementation and understanding
• Review and analyze store financial reports to identify areas of opportunity. Works with store management staff to create solutions for store financial improvement
• Ensure understanding/compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Associate degree with 3 years of management experience
• Must be able to travel anywhere on the Island of Hawaii
• This position requires a 24 hour on-call availability to handle emergency situations
• A personal auto with insurance is required for commuting to the different locations
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to relate to others

Starting salary is $55,000 with the potential to earn an additional $20,000 annually.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
