Job description

Our distillers work on all aspects of our spirits production at Red Cedar Spirits We have a large craft distillery with production that spans grain milling, fermentation, stripping and finishing distillation, barrelling, and bottling. Record-keeping, production planning, equipment maintenance and cleaning are all part of the job. Some heavy lifting may be needed (50 lbs). Candidates with a college degree in chemistry, engineering or other science are encouraged to apply. Mechanical and maintenance experience is also appreciated. Our distillery is one of the largest craft distilleries in Michigan with 30’ distillation columns and 4000-gallon fermenters. We have a lab with high-end analytical equipment for our production. Training will be provided to become familiar with all our equipment and our whiskey, gin, vodka and brandy processing. We also make some non-beverage fermentation products.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
