Manitou Brewing is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic & hard working dishwasher for full time employment to be an essential member of our team. Flexible schedule but must be able to work weekends, days and nights. Pay is $15//hour.

Benefits include shift meal and post-shift drink, additional discounts offered on merchandise and beer.

Bonuses offered as follows:
After 30 days of employment, receive $225 for full time and $100 for part time
After 90 days of employment, receive $350 for full time and $175 for part time
Additional opportunity for bonuses based on performance of kitchen staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, pans & cooking equipment using a dish machine and 3 compartment sink
• Sort, stack and store clean dishes in proper location
• Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms
• Keep dish area & equipment clean and organized
• Take out recycling & garbage constantly when needed
• Assist in re-stocking all items on the line when asked
• Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team

Experience is preferred but not required. This is a small kitchen with high volume during peak times, you must be able to handle the heat & pressure of the atmosphere, while following any directions from Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager, along with working closely with all BOH and FOH staff in a positive, professional and respectful manner.

Requirements include: being punctual; excellent at multi-tasking; keeping dish & kitchen areas clean by sweeping, mopping & emptying trash; must be able to lift and carry at least 50lbs.
