Are you our next Director, Workforce Planning/Recruiting?
Responsible for directing the workforce planning and talent acquisition for TriWest. Provides strategic leadership for all activities associated with sourcing and acquisition of talent. The areas of focus will be developing and implementing a strategic plan to source all levels of talent; scale recruiting operations to meet growth demands; build strategic partnerships and oversee diversity recruiting.

Are you qualified?
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of progressively responsible talent acquisition experience including workforce planning, sourcing and selecting, social media branding and marketing, vendor partnerships, Veteran and other diversity recruiting and fluency in executive recruiting
- 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in building trusted relationships with clients/customers and partners
- Working knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations regarding hiring practices
Preferred
- Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- SPHR or SHRM certification
Key Responsibilities
TriWest Director, Workforce Planning:
- Designs, develops and implements recruitment strategies for all levels of talent from contact center to executive positions. The strategic plan should scale to meet company growth and labor market conditions. Works closely with Finance and Operations partners on staffing models and predictive tools to anticipate and plan for future headcounts.
- Develops staffing and executive sourcing partnership plans that include minority and disabled owned small businesses, diversity, college and Veteran community partnerships; cost-benefits analyses and contingency options. Leads in executive recruiting to include contract development and negotiations and performance management of partners.
- Promotes Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in all aspects of interviewing, selection and hiring process. Ensures affirmative action and diversity goals are met. Tracks and reports out on results and makes adjustments when there are gaps.
- Oversees performance of recruiting team ensuring engagement, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partners with internal communication team to brand and market TriWest on our mission, vision and values.
- Oversees recruitment operations. Ensure process and system support is efficient and effective. Drives process improvements. Ensures best practices for talent acquisition and that TriWest stays ahead on the war for talent.
- Optimizes candidates’ journey from application to onboarding. Works closely with manager on streamlining the candidate experience and increasing recruiter efficiency.
- Partners with Compensation to ensure competitive compensation.
- Oversees compliance requirements including Service Contract Act, FLSA, Pay Transparency laws and Title VII requirements by working closely with the recruiting team, partnering with other human capital partners and ensuring hiring leaders are educated.
- Works closely with manager on training hiring leaders and recruiting team in using talent acquisition tools, effective interviewing and selection.
- Identify, develop and leverage the TriWest employment brand and the employee value proposition.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Human Resource policies and practices, employment laws and regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
