SENIOR MANAGER OF REGIONAL TALENT ATTRACTION, NORTH AMERICA

LOCATION: Needham, MA (hybrid 3 days a week in office)

OVERVIEW:

The Senior Manager of Regional Talent Attraction, North America, will oversee and lead our vision, unique mindset and talent attraction goals for the United States and Canada. While diversifying & securing talent at SharkNinja, the incumbent in this role will lead a professional team of 6+ Talent Attraction Partners and Candidate Care Coordinators. This role will collaborate with our global TA pillars: Global TA Intelligence, Global TA Programs and Global Talent Scouting to operationalize best practices within the region. The Senior Manager of Regional Talent Attraction NA will oversee and lead our vision, unique mindset and talent attraction goals for our European region. While diversifying & securing talent at SharkNinja, the incumbent in this role will lead a professional team of 3-5 Talent Attraction Partners and Candidate Care. This role will collaborate with our global TA pillars: Global TA Intelligence, Global TA Programs and Global Talent Scouting to operationalize best practices within the region.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do:

  • Member of Global Talent Attraction Leadership Team
  • Lead in partnership with Global TA Intelligence, Global TA Programs, Global Talent Scouting and Regional TA Leads in UK/EU and APAC
  • People Management and performance assurance of Regional Talent Attraction NA team; provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and development
  • Continue our global Talent Attraction Transformation further developing Talent Attraction Partners to serve as Talent Advisors vs Order Takers
  • Oversee accountability of Talent Attraction SLA's, Talent Strategy development, TA Expectations, Regional Manager Bootcamp; suggest ongoing modifications and systematic improvements.
  • Lead with success drivers and unique mindsets while understanding SharkNinja's current and future business objectives for the entire region.
  • Play a role in a SharkNinja culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Ensure 100% adherence to compliance of all employment laws in each Country
  • Lead diversity, equity and inclusion talent strategy for the NA region
  • Lead Talent Attraction NA with Data Analytics, raising Attractiveness Issues for the region to key stakeholders, quarterly
  • Serve as a change agent during new TA Technology and Tool implementations
  • Collaborate and Partner with Regional P&C and Global P&C Business Partnering Community to ensure alignment of strategy and day to day operations

REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Bachelors degree or 10+ years of work experience in Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Marketing or Account Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • People Management experience

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Experience working for a Consumer Products Goods Company or Retailer
  • Regional, 'Head of' Talent Acquisition leadership experience; experience overseeing a function
  • Must have strong operational skills and mastery in use of TA technology including: Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience leading with data analytics, dashboard reporting
  • Experience leading with a Training Plan for Talent Acquisition Partners/Team Members
  • Outstanding communicator and relationship builder
  • Executive Recruiting experience
  • Performance Management accountability
  • Bi-lingual (English required. French preferred.)
