Job description
Commercial Cleaning Franchise in New Orleans / Mississippi area seeking a motivated Director to oversee operations and grow the business. Duties will include, but not limited to customer and employee relations, payroll, supply inventory and sales.
Salary, Commission and Monthly Profit Sharing Bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop other to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.
- Manage and organize staff schedules
- Provide leadership to facilitate decision making based on business knowledge and organizational values.
- Remove obstacles and obtain resources to help employees and customers achieve objectives
- Maintain level of service requirements throughout all processes.
- Maintain all current accounts
- Work to grow the business and obtain new accounts
- Get leads and make sales appointments
- Sale new business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,149.00 per year
