Job Summary:
Responsible for marketing and communications strategy development, strategy deployment, and execution of marketing and communications activities of the organization in alignment with the System’s strategic plan and organizational priorities. Assists affiliate organizations in joint marketing and communications efforts to ensure cohesiveness and alignment with System brand strategy. Assists department managers and senior leadership in establishing marketing plans and executing marketing, communications, and business development activities. Deploys marketing strategies and tactics to grow existing services, new services, physicians, and service lines. Provides day-to-day oversight and direction to Marketing, Communications, and Business Development Staff.
Reports to: VP & Strategy and Performance Excellence
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or related field
Minimum of three years’ experience in leadership of marketing, communications and/or public relations
Five years of progressively more responsible experience in marketing and communications in the health field
Success Factors
Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare field
Competency in marketing and communication in traditional, earned, digital and social media based formats
Strong commitment to operational excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competency in process measurement and improvement methodologies as well as budgetary management
Competency in Windows 2000, Excel and PowerPoint

Schedule: Full Time, day, 8:00am - 5:00pm
