Retirement Unlimitied is seeking a Maitenance Director

The Maintenance Director is responsible maintaining and repairing physical structures and cleanliness of the building and providing residents and staff a safe, healthy and pleasing environment in which to live and work.

Qualifications:

• CFC Certification required.
• Must be a high school graduate and possess the ability to speak, read, write and follow written and oral directions.
• Minimum of two-years of experience in maintenance in a commercial residential setting preferably within a hospital or nursing home.
• Must be in good physical and mental condition with the ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, and be able to tolerate extreme heat, cold, wet, humid or noisy conditions.
• Must be able to exert up to 75 lbs. of force occasionally and exert up to 50 lbs. of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C-Heating systems along with CFC and AC/Freon recovery certifications.
• Ability to perform minor repairs to machines and equipment.
• Must be available on a 24-hour basis in case of emergency, including weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of cleaning products and equipment and appropriate procedures.
• General knowledge of infection control procedures.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
