Director of Franchise Sales - Dual Brands

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Franchise Sales to oversee the growth and development of our dual brand franchise system. With 75 locations across three states and counting, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organization and make a significant impact on its success.

Job Type

  • Full-Time, Exempt (Onsite in Madison Heights)
  • 40+ Hours per week

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase franchise sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees, guiding them through the entire franchise sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the franchise industry and stay up-to-date with market trends and changes.
  • Manage and track all franchise sales leads and opportunities, ensuring that the sales pipeline is always full
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and operations to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with franchisees to ensure they are supported throughout the entire franchise sales process and beyond.
  • Execute monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking of prospects in each stage of their journey
  • Collaborate with Real Estate Development Team to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented
  • Implement and execute franchise sales policies and practices according to brand standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute the annual FDD review and renewal process
  • Attend key industry events and annual conferences
  • Support leadership in the purpose, vision and core values of the company
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in franchise sales or related field
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Takes ownership of success/failure on key initiatives and processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and oral & written communication skills
  • Exceptional strategic planning and organizational skills and techniques
  • Understanding of legal and entity formation documents
  • Knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand(s) and business
  • Capable of identifying and overcoming obstacles, influencing the direction the conversation
  • Ability to maintain and handle matters of confidentiality with utmost tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
  • Available to work beyond traditional office hours and some weekends when required by project demands
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations for meetings and events as needed
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on franchise sales
  • Experience managing and developing sales teams
  • Experience in a fast paced, detail oriented, and relationship focused position
