JOB SUMMARY
Responsibility and accountability for Cardiovascular Services leadership, including strategic direction and clinical integration. Works with executive and senior leadership to achieve strategic goals for growth, clinical transformation, population health, cost effective integrated clinical programs, and provider engagement (quadruple aim).

Essential Job Functions:
  • Organizes, leads, and executes on the strategies and operational goals of the service line, working with other key departmental and operational leaders, in a matrixed reporting structure.
  • Develops and fosters effective collaboration between outpatient and inpatient facilities, medical staff leadership and other affiliated services to ensure an integrated approach to providing efficient, cost effective services and fulfilling the system's clinical transformation goals and strategic growth objectives.
  • Collaborates with the operational and medical leadership of the health system, serving as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization, achieve quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support leadership decisions.
  • Identifies and deploys best practices to increase access, improve quality outcomes, reduce cost, optimize patient experience, and improve market position with services that meet the unique needs of those we serve in the region.
JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; OR
  • 10+ years of experience leading a service line or business development experience in the healthcare.
Certification & Licensures:
  • BLS Certification
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 or more years of leadership experience in healthcare or related field.
