TriSource is seeking Direct Support Professionals to begin working within Residential Group Homes in the Arlington, VA area!
Shift: Thursday-Monday 3p-11p
Qualifications:
- Experience working with a vulnerable population/ within a residential group home or community day program for adults
- Active CPR and First Aid
- Valid work authorization
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADL's based on individuals specific needs including personal care and personal support
- Support and implement activities and tasks to assigned individuals based on the assigned care plan
- Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Medication monitoring
- Provide supervision and protective oversight of assigned individuals ensure their safety and well-being
