If yes, apply to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Direct Support Professional at the Department of Health Services (DHS) Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC)! Located in Southern Wisconsin in Union Grove, SWC brings together a rich history and state of the art treatment approaches for the new millennium.

The start date for these positions is January 3rd, 2023.

Duties

CNAs at SWC provide care to individuals with intellectual disabilities; provide personal hygiene care to residents including bathing, grooming, and toileting. CNAs also help new residents adjust to their living area; observe and report behavioral, mental, and physical changes in residents; record and summarize information in daily logs, clinical records, etc. CNAs assist seated or lying residents to a standing position by pulling and lifting; and work cooperatively with others to promote a positive living environment.

Interviews are held every Wednesday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm at 21425 Spring Street, Union Grove, WI. Walk-ins are welcome!
