Tadd’s Lighthouse is a Home and Community Based service provider. Our agency is searching for Lead Direct Support Professionals at our Foster Care homes in Buffalo, MN. Lead DSP's will be the role models in the homes. If you have a passion for helping others and strong leadership skills. This is the job for you.

• 18 Years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One Year of DSP (or similar) Experience preferred
• Pass a Background Study
• Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance
• Successfully complete all necessary training requirements with in 60 days of hire (Paid training)
• Promote Quality of life for individuals served
• Carry out the Tadd's Lighthouse Mission and Philosophy
• Personal Cares of service recipients
• Cooking, cleaning, laundry, passing of medication etc
