Hiring Full-time Dining Room Coordinator

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Coordinating total dining room operation in a hands-on dining service position including interviewing, hiring and training of restaurant servers.
- Supervising, coordinating and assisting with the service and cleaning of all dining spaces.
- Developing work schedules and daily assignments for dining room servers.
- Maintaining strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy and health department regulations.
- Ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Positive, engaging and team oriented attitude
- Previous supervisor or lead experience in food service / hospitality / waitstaff related role
- Knowledge of Cleaning Standards in a commercial food operation
