We are looking to add an entry-level Digital Marketing Specialist to our Creative Marketing Team. This position will focus on video work including editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for publishing across multiple channels. Material may include camera footage, sound design, or motion graphics. This position is also responsible for operating equipment including cameras and video editing software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

  • Working with Executive Leadership and Managing Director of Marketing to determine topics and creating a strategy around the video content that should be created
  • Creating full storyboard outlines of video proposals to submit for approval and work with the Creative Team when motion graphics are needed
  • Providing the Creative Team with a list of motion graphic requirements/assets
  • Recording and voiceover as needed
  • Editing video including but not limited to videos that were shot internally or any intro/outro content needed for webinars
  • Uploading videos to appropriate platforms as dictated by the campaign
  • Creating effective campaign strategies with video including researching industry standards, best practices, competitor activities
  • Optimizing existing video campaigns
  • Managing reporting and metrics for the video dashboard
  • Work with internal staff across all departments to schedule video shoot times
  • Manage and organize video files and library
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School diploma or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of omnichannel marketing and design experience (e.g., graphic design, UX design) is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
