As Marketing Manager, you would:

1. Be responsible for overseeing all creative and identify and work with exceptional designers and photographers. Use drones and photography to create quick social media content as needed.

2. Be responsible for administering our in-house CRM and marketing platform and participating in its development and sophistication.

3. Be responsible for updating and managing our website and implementing the vision of the founder, then changing content and offerings as data is received. The expectation is that the marketing manager runs the day to day operations of the website and learns everything needed. Outside designers can provide the design, but the marketing manager must be software proficient within 90 days.

4. Oversee all PPC advertising and develop a sophisticated data analysis tool (with our Excel expert if needed) to ensure that all campaigns are profitable based on internal data as compared to data reported by FB or Amazon.

5. Use our in-house CRM to partition our buying audiences into personas, then create a general overall theme and then multitudinous targeted campaigns that are supported by data science.

6. Create a social media strategy to drive traffic without ads. We have dozens, if not more, booked ideas inside the company.

7. Create a YouTube content strategy.

8. Participate in the development of future products. Since we own the factory, we can create unlimited new brands.

9. Organize all data using the in-house organization system.

10. Conduct your personal and professional affairs with strong morality and commitment. As the world turns towards chaos, we wish to be affiliated only with those of strong character and commitment.

We can offer a starting salary that will enable a comfortable life in Port St Lucie, FL. From there, you can earn a substantial wage if you drive results. The expectation is that this job would move to a VP, Marketing by no later than 2026 with a significant increase in pay. The data on which we sit is beyond belief. As notice, the company may relocate in the future or open a second facility near Nashville, Raleigh or a Western state. If that happens, you will likely have the option to relocate to the second facility.

This job has to be in-person because it requires exceptional planning and sophistication. The work hours = heavy commitment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
