Key Roles: As a Digital Advertising Coordinator, you will learn ZLINE’s brand “story” and utilize all marketing tools to tell that story in the most effective way through paid digital media opportunities – ideal candidates will engage in the following:

• First 3 months - Undergo product training to better understand value propositions, audience segmentation, and nuances with our product line.

• Design, execute, and report on the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns with a heightened focus towards data-driven results including, but not limited to, conversions and conversion rate optimization.
• Manage omnichannel advertising strategy and work collaboratively to ensure advertising funnels are optimized across all ad platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll, YouTube Ads, OTT/CTV, etc.).
• Actively manage advertising accounts to maintain KPIs (Google Ads, Bing Ads, AdRoll, etc.)
• Conduct comprehensive research on competitor ad campaign/content strategy, identify opportunities, report on findings, and set a plan of implementation with the Director of Marketing and Content Marketing Manager.

• Research various tools to help improve the efficiency of advertising campaigns including new software, applications, methods, etc.

• Take responsibility for contributions to the team and company - holding yourself accountable for the amount of work you put in, organization/workflow, and time-management of managing various projects simultaneously.

ZLINE’s customer experience is the top priority - Everyone hired on as a ZLINE employee will receive at least 30 days of customer experience training before moving into their respective department training. This training is proven to be the best way to learn product and company knowledge which is applicable to every role within the company.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred- Marketing, Communications, or other Business degree
  
• Proficiency required on the following IT systems: Microsoft Office, MacOS, All Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Proficiency required with the following: Paid Media, Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Media Buying (AdRoll), Social Media Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager - (Certifications make you stand out from the rest.)
• Proficiency with the following is huge pluses: OTT/CTV Advertising, Salesforce Pardot, YouTube Video Ads, Facebook Business Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for copywriting in various placements and contexts.

• Strong organizational and time management, and a keen attention to detail.

• Motivation to push yourself and go above and beyond what is asked of you.

• Professional appearance and concise presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal direction.

Working Hours & Hours of Operation

Onsite- Reno, NV: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch

Compensation

Starting Salary: $45,000-$60,000K DOE + Bonus Potential (Dependent Upon Experience)

Pay dates are biweekly
