DIESEL TECHNICIAN

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to make major and minor repairs on trucks, including but not limited to: engine repairs and tune ups, fuel systems, electrical systems, transmission work, cooling systems, chassis repairs, brake work.
- Perform regular and preventative maintenance including inspections, oil changes, etc.
- Perform diagnostic tests
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 1- 2 years of experience as a Diesel Technician working on CLASS 8 vehicles - Cummins, and Detroit Certified candidates are given top hiring priority!
- CDL preferred (Class B CDL will be required after 6 months of employment)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Bonus points if you have previous engine overhaul experience
