Boston Kitchen Design, Inc is a professional kitchen and bath retail business in Middleton, MA. We have been designing beautiful kitchens and baths and other unique spaces since 1987. We have a team of talented people to make our showroom a one stop shop.

We are looking for a motivated Designer/Sales Associate to join our team. Applicants must have over 2 years of experience in the related field. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, possible construction background and have a strong understanding of design and sales techniques. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and helping to maintain the store's visual presentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enhance and develop their sales skills and gain valuable experience as a designer in an interesting environment. Salary is based on experience. Commission opportunities are based on sales performance and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
• Create professional designs with the 2020 Design Software.
• Provide sales agreements, order product and maintain project records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
