Job description

We're looking for a project manager and an architect. This position will involve designing, writing, and documenting high-performance, custom residential and small commercial projects in various locations across the US. With help from the develop Manager, you will manage and develop your own projects. For those tasks, you will create design concepts and handle client communications, timetables, and deliverables. Depending on the applicant's qualifications, there is a chance for the position to develop into project procurement, client/project initiation, and design-lead duties.

Strict deadlines, meticulous note-taking during meetings, project file setup, gathering zoning/site information, developing designs based on meeting notes, producing impactful presentation visuals, drafting construction drawings that reflect our performance values, and effectively communicating with clients are all expected. In a fast-paced, encouraging workplace, the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and manage/prioritize various projects are essential. We're seeking for someone who can jump immediately into our workflow, needs little training in Revit and drafting, and can eventually work independently as one of our lead project designers.

necessary education

Architecture or a closely related discipline with a four-year degree or higher.

Experience Prerequisite:
1 to 3 years of experience working in the architecture field
The capacity to model with and complete construction designs using Autodesk Revit.

Basic proficiency with Word and Excel in Microsoft Office (other programs a plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Capacity to effectively manage and interact with clients and coworkers

The capacity to balance several project deadlines.

Preferred Background:
3–7 years' experience working in the architecture field

Management expertise with modest to medium-sized architectural projects

Proven track record in high-performance or residential design

Rendering expertise with Enscape

Love of sustainability and construction science
