Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology Practice:

Our Torrance / Newport Beach Dermatology Practice is seeking the right candidate for a receptionist / back office clinical position for Wednesdays in Torrance and the same person to work Fridays, and/or some Saturdays at our Newport Beach office. Ideally, this person wold live in between these two locations. Does this unique position fit with your schedule? We want a dedicated, organized, professional, courteous, positive, and motivated person who has a passion for helping people. This candidate should have a 4 year college degree or currently in school working towards their degree, excellent customer service skills and know how to convey these skills with our patients. Our position requires a proactive candidate that is eager to learn. Future healthcare candidates are welcomed. We are willing to train the right person.

Job Requirements Duties Include:

• A warm personality and excellent customer service abilities.
• A 4 Year Degree
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Dependability, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions that result in having to re-evaluate priorities
• Taking Initiative within set daily responsibilities.

• Work well with others in a team environment

Job Duties for Front Office Receptionist Which Includes but Not Limited To:

• Greet and welcome patients with excellent customer service skills.
• Give new patients' appropriate new patient paperwork
• Accurately take and deliver messages to the doctor and/or other staff members.
• Enter data in Quickbooks and appointment calendar.
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Assist the doctor

Salary

$19 - 22, depending on experience

Schedule

Wednesdays from 2:00 to 6:00 pm Torrance and Fridays and/or some Saturdays in Newport Beach

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
