Practice Overview:
We are a General Family Practice that has been steadily growing since our inception in 2019. Though we see patients of all ages, our patient base is primarily ages 10 y/o and up. We have a modern, fully updated practice which makes for a comfortable and efficient work environment for both the staff and patients. We are fully digital, CT/PAN, waveone gold endo, blue sky bio implant system, TV’s on the wall and ceiling for patient education and comfort, Intra Oral Cameras in all rooms, soft tissue Diode Laser, ipads, open dental software, nomads, and digital sensors. We are insurance friendly, however, see no Medicaid. We like to be steady pace, but work a very manageable schedule. We are a well-run, systems based practice with super supportive ownership always willing to go above and beyond for the team and patients.
Reason for the Opening: We are so sad to see Dr. Patterson go as she has been an amazing culture fit, and has loved her time here. She will be moving out of state to be closer to family. This position is simply to pick up where she left off. This means you will be walking into a full schedule of patients.

Our Schedule: We work three alternating 12 hour shifts each week. It’s a super innovative schedule that offers benefits unlikely found anywhere else.
· 3-day work weeks
· Never work more than 2 days in a row
· Every other weekend is a 4-day weekend
· Multiple days off during the week
· Take a single Friday off and get an entire week off using only one vacation day. Because of this, we have taken off significantly more time each year than the average practice!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
