32 Dental 4U is a new Dental Practice in Rolling Meadows, IL. We are a professional and fun loving office. Our goal is to build a warm and family friendly dental staff in our new beautiful dental office. This is not a corporate office and no late evenings required.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and detailed oriented individual to join our team in the role of Dental Receptionist. The position offers a flexible schedule, advancement opportunities and an excellent benefits package for the right candidate. 32 Dental 4U is a practice that values growth and creativity, and we are interested in hearing from individuals who are excited about the value of dental services with a focus on patient care, education and prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients, insurance representatives and other visitors.
• Receive new patients and schedule appointments for them.
• Perform financial checks and insurance plan matching.
• Answer telephones, transfer calls, take messages and assist patients as needed.
• Handle financial transactions such as treatment plan presentations, deposits, refunds and payments.
• Receive, process and forward dental/medical records.
• Calculate due balances; record payments.
• Follow HIPPA and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in marketing/advertising efforts.

Experience:

• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
