We are a growing dental practice seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team for front desk or Back End Assistant. Only serious candidates welcome. You will be working in Westbury and Huntington location.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (Spanish-English) or (English-Hindi/Punjabi)speaking candidates only.

Responsibilities:

* Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for their appointment

* Schedule appointments for patients, including coordinating with insurance companies as needed

* Manage patient files and update patient information

* Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries

* Assist with billing and insurance-related matters

* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

* Perform other administrative tasks as needed Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Strong customer service skills

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities

* Proficiency with computers and basic office software
