Job description
Position Summary:
The job consists of loading cabinets and related pieces into a 16' cube truck or a 24' straight truck. Everything is loaded with blankets and strapped in. You have list of what all goes in the truck and check it off as you load. Loads are anywhere from 2 miles away to 100 miles away. 98% of the loads are F.O.B. which means they are unloaded and hauled into building by the receiving company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Products need to be clean and defect free
- Taking care of 4 cube trucks and one van -set up oil changes, DOT inspections,
- Great customer communication skills
- Arriving 5 minutes prior to delivery schedule
- Work in shop when driving duties are complete
- Willingness to learn to read blueprints
Qualifications:
- Need a valid standard drivers license.
- Need to be able to pass health card exam.
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
