Job Summary: Operate a Company vehicle in a safe, accurate, on-time delivery of materials to customers on job-sites. Operates vehicle in compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and in a courteous manner throughout the community.

Job Duties:

• Know, understand, and abide by all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
• Maintain vehicle in compliance with Company and government regulations.
• Safely securing and care of material on truck in compliance with Company procedures.
• Maintain positive customer relations on jobsites.
• Follow job-site safety rules
• Assist with lumberyard operations as necessary and all other work related jobs as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain the Company vehicle's emergency equip, logs, inspections, and cleanliness.
• All other job-related activities requested by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• H.S. diploma preferred.
• Valid NM Drivers license.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
• Basic math skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move weights in excess of 50 lbs. repeatedly, work outdoors in harsh weather.
• Ability to maneuver self and/or materials on and off of truck and operate large vehicle with manual transmission.
• Ability to secure loads using manual tie-down system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
