Helen Olivia Flowers, a premier DC based floral studio, is seeking an awesome delivery driver to join our growing team. Compensation is an hourly rate + tips + flat rate $$$ for late night hours + full benefits. A great position with extra earning potential for motivated team members.

While this position largely involves making deliveries around the Washington DC area, there are times that our drivers assist in the studio with special projects. (unboxing, organizing, recycling runs, etc).

Our dream candidate has the following skills/attributes:

*Great people skills. As the driver, you're often the face of the company. All of our drivers earn regular tips. $$$

*Great communicator. We're looking for someone who can communicate clearly with our team, but most importantly, can be a top notch provider of customer service to our clients. Above all else, we value great customer service for our clients.

*Attention to detail. As they say, it's all in the details! We're looking for someone who can use checklists to make sure our events and deliveries are picture perfect.

*Clean driving record and comfort driving all over the city and beyond! (Most of our deliveries occur in DC and the immediate suburbs, but we sometimes travel further out for big events).

*Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, stand for extended periods.

*Problem solver. Every day is different, and presents new challenges. Looking for someone who can troubleshoot on the go.

*Ability to work the occasional nights and weekends. We're an events company, so it's not uncommon that we're doing event set ups or strikes later in the evening. The good news? We offer competitive pay for late night pick ups. $$$

*Clean background. We do work in and around government buildings so ability to pass a background check is a must.

Company vehicle is provided.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
