Foster Energy LLC is seeking an organized and customer service-focused individuals to join our team as Delivery Dispatcher. This position is responsible for receiving, recording, and distributing work orders to the delivery driver team and working collaboratively with the team to best serve customer requests.
Delivery Dispatching Responsibilities
Directs and coordinates driver delivery routes in order to meet customer requirements.
Compares daily delivery reports with inventory reconciliation
Load building
Daily customer review to obtain optimum delivery efficiencies
Tracking and documented vehicle maintenance and scheduling
Assist drivers with directions and update customers account information to alleviate problems in the future
Accomplishes customer service by taking calls in a courteous, efficient and accurate manner.
Ownership of customer/driver concerns, follow thru and return calls promptly
Identify appropriate drivers for deliveries and within geographical boundaries, schedule accordingly
Qualifications
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
