Responsibilities:
Functions/Responsibilities:
Coach leaders in shaping their roles as champions and advocates for inclusion and diversity, both internally and externally
Act as a Change Agent in driving initiatives and programs to create sustainable cultural change
Provide strategic input and guidance to leaders and HR partners on embedding D&I related best practices into teams and operations
Partner with Talent Acquisition to enable and equip recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers with the tools, training, and resources to attract diverse talent and set them up for success in the hiring process
Partner with the HR Systems and Data Manager to maintain and monitor metrics on the DEI scorecard, using research and data-driven insights to diagnose and assess the impact of programs and initiatives
Collaborate with teams to inform and execute holistic employee engagement and communication strategies and programs that leverage the passion and perspectives of employees
Employee Engagement
Coordinate the process, train, communicate and launch all pulse surveys, employee engagement surveys, and other engagement processes.
Coordinate 30, 60, 90 day-check in with new employees, report out on data findings. Also conduct needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews with the goal of identifying areas for improvement. Act on any feedback and work closely with leadership in order to retain top talent.
Learning & Development
Manage the enrollment process for DEI suite of eLearning within the learning management system (LMS)
Facilitate DEI workshops and training sessions. Establish methods for measuring and reporting on learner engagement, retention, and application.
Qualifications:
Base salary: 85,000 - 90,000 per annum + bonus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, DEI, or related field Experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in work focused on training facilitation, internal engagement and/or diversity initiatives required, healthcare industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Experience in navigating large scale organizational change and change management principles.
Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and serve as a champion of cultural competency required.
Strong facilitation, presentation, written/verbal communication skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams required.
Demonstrated ability to manage time and remain agile in a high performing atmosphere required
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities with competing deadlines.
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to hire, plus proof of subsequent booster vaccines within one month of eligibility.
