TriSource is seeking DSP's to begin working within a Day Program 1:1. This assignment is located within Baltimore City.
Pay Rate: $15 an hour
Qualifications:
- Experience working with a vulnerable population/within a group home or community day program for adults with disabilities
- Active CPR and First Aid
- CMT
- MANDT certification (can provide)
- DDA trainings (can provide)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Personal vehicle and willing to use it on the assignment
- Flexibility with either working 1:1 or in groups
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
- Clean background
- High school diploma
Responsibilities:
- Provide transportation of participants of the day program and integrate individuals into the community
- Work 1:1 with client and assist with their behavior plan
- Assist with ADL's based on individuals needs
- Assist clients with various recreational activities
- Provide overall companionship and support for disabled individuals
- Provide supervision and safety for clients
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Properly completing all MAR's for the clients

- Monday - Friday 9a-3p

- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
- Community Day Program: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:

- Mandt certification (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
- First Aid Certification (Required)
