We have a couple of great positions open in the building maintenance space. Both are unique and fantastic opportunities working at beautiful and clean buildings. I must mention the people are great, too! Custodial and Day Porter positions are steady and dependable in regards to your pay and the hours you work. Im talking multi year, on-going income you can count on. We train you to professional standards, so you do not necessarily need cleaning or building maintenance experience. You do need to be the type that enjoys clean and organized spaces, notices small details and thrives on consistency.

Now back to the positions we are seeking to fill.....

One position is a half day, 6 day per week opportunity and the other is a totally flexible night and weekend opportunity. These are two separate part time accounts. You can choose both to make 1 Full time opportunity if that suits you. Choosing both would still allow you to have most weekday afternoons free.

Both locations are municipal buildings; one in Southport and the other in Ocean Isle Beach.

Here is the exact schedule:
Monday - Southport 8am-12pm
Tuesday- Southport 8am-12pm
Wednesday- Southport 7am-12pm Ocean Isle beach 5pm-8/9pm
Thursday- Southport 8am-12pm
Friday-Southport 8am-12pm
Saturday-Southport 8am-1pm
And about 6-8 hrs in Ocean Isle Beach from 5pm Friday - Sunday evening flexible
