The Position: Data Specialist Coordinator
Reviews clinical documentation, both UAS and notes, to establish performance metrics and tracking for care provision. Ensures compliance with agency, regulatory, and reimbursement standards. Assists with Quality management activities.
What we ask for:
- HS Diploma or GED
- two years’ experience working in homecare or related field
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- MUST be fully vaccinated against COVID 19
