We seek an Onboarding and Data Migration Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to successfully migrating data from legacy systems to our All-in-One Property Management SaaS Software and creating an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data migration, SaaS technology, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client data requirements and implement data migration strategies
• Led data migration projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation
• Develop and execute data mapping, transformation, and load processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and ensure data is properly formatted and structured for use in the ManageCasa platform
• Work closely with customers to understand their data needs and ensure data is properly transferred and integrated into the ManageCasa platform
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data migration, with a focus on SaaS technology
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Alteryx
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and find solutions under pressure.
• Patience and empathy in dealing with a wide range of customer issues and personalities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Property Management or Real Estate understanding is a PLUS
