We are seeking a Customer Service / Data Entry / Sales Representative to join our team . We love happy customers and your job is to help them out any way you can!
Job Duties:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Assisting customers through our online chat and support tickets channels
Returning customer phone calls as needed
In between customer support, you'll also work on research projects and other tasks to help out the team.
Skills Needed:
Excellent communication skills (both with customers and colleagues)
Ability to not get overwhelmed when presented with high support volumes
Ability to quickly pick up and retain information about acronyms and industry jargon related to continuing education

You get to the point where you can answer nearly all customer questions without needing to escalate issues
You rarely miss a chat and get back to tickets and phone calls immediately

Data Entry with strong computer and communication skills. Ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, not required.
Accurate data entry ability
