Scrub Daddy is looking for a Full-time Cycle Count Team Member at its corporate headquarters in Pennsauken NJ. The Cycle Count Team Member will maintain the organization’s inventory, maintain accurate records of all procurements, and perform daily audits to ensure inventory accuracy. This position will be onsite with periodic weekend work expected to ensure proper inventory management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains consistent stock of inventory.
• Identify and accurately count multiple items across several warehouse locations.
• Maintains the periodic inventory of transfers to offsite warehouses and locations.
• Track inventory consumption and provide updates to internal departments.
• Identify and communicate inventory needs for upcoming orders to other departments.
• Conduct inventory reports to help determine root cause analysis.
• Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
• Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related database and/or software under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager.
• Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
• Assists with daily physical inventory audits.
• Operates forklift truck when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers and internal departments
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Proficient keyboarding skills.
• Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 2 years of inventory management experience preferred
• 1 to 2 years of SAP Experience preferred
• Experience with computerized inventory systems required
• Forklift operator certification preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and.
• Must be able to work autonomously at various warehouse locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
