**RN MUST HAVE CA LICENSE IN HAND OR PENDING WITH ETAs of when it will post**

Required:

• CA License
• 2+ years of recent CVPICU
• PEDS Cardiac exp
• Heart transplant experience
• Willing to float between units
• BLS
• PALS
• Experience in: Ventilators, multiple monitors, and EKG interpretation

Traveler could be floated to every unit except OR, PACU and ED. The units include PICU, NICU, medical, surgical, hem/onc, medical behavioral unit. They have, on rare occasion, floated to Bernardy Center.

Shifts: (discussed in interview)

• Will variable or nights
• 13 week contract
• 3x12 schedules may be required to pick up a 7th shift biweekly pending on unit/hospital census.

Requested Time Off:
6 days total (must still get 3 shifts in week)

Ratio:1:1-2

Unit Summary: 30-37 beds. Seeing post op cardiac surgical care, cardiology patients, complex congenital patients, acquired heart disease patients, heart transplantation, VAD’s and ECMO. Functions at the Standard Level of nursing practice. Patients can range from neonatal up to 23.

**Facility requires travelers to be fully vaccinated for COVID (including the booster if traveler is in the timeframe for needing the booster to be considered fully vaccinated).
