Waterway Gas & Wash, based in Chesterfield, MO, is looking to hire a full-time Customer Support Team Member! If you have a passion for driving customer loyalty by delivering amazing customer service, we want to talk to you!

Position Summary

Among Waterway’s core values is a belief that Relationships Matter. In this role, you’ll work every day to develop and strengthen relationships with our customers. The Customer Support Team provides outstanding customer service in response to customer communication, questions, and requests directed to the Waterway company headquarters. In addition, this position also assists in the management of Waterway loyalty programs, and the implementation of Waterway sales and marketing programs.

This position reports to the Customer Support Team Supervisor and is based at our Chesterfield Administrative Office. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), working Monday-Friday most weeks, with occasional Saturday coverage needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service and relationship building experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Have a full and valid driving license (and acceptable driving record)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• A high level of attention to detail and focus on completing tasks to the highest levels of quality.
