Job description

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative for John Deere in Moline, IL. This position will be responsible for communicating Product Improvement Plan (PIP) information between the factories and the Deere Dealers.

This is a hybrid position, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.

The Customer Support Representative adds value to the team, organization and channel partners through activities such as:

• Provides responses and/or solutions to customer dealers and internal stakeholders inquiries concerning problems and concerns
• Documents interactions and issues effectively relating to area of responsibility
• Distributes additional information to appropriate parties
• Develops solutions to problems with team members to maintain required service levels

We are seeking a solutions-minded Customer Support professional for this opportunity. The initial duration is estimated to continue to August and further opportunities can evolve from this one.

Skill Set Requirements:

• Should have demonstrated work experience in a Customer Service-related field
• Must have high level of attention to detail
• Must have strong communication skills
• Experience with using Excel
