We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a strong understanding of customer service best practices. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Customer Service experience: 3-5 years
Strong telephone and computer skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Salesforce experience not required but a plus.
