What you’ll do:
- The Customer Success Intelligence Consultant is a multi-functional hybrid position serving as a project manager, analyst and strategist for an embedded role on a client team.
- Act as the connective tissue between Brandwatch and a key stakeholder’s portfolio.
- Responsible for partnering with the Brandwatch Project Management Lead to keep all client projects on track and within scope/budget.
- With extraordinary organizational skills and a unique love for building and fixing processes, this role will be one of the first stops on the journey for key stakeholders looking to execute a project, and continue to stay along for the full journey of a request — from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Responsible for optimizing the client’s research & methodologies, and translating performance metrics into tangible learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Be the last set of eyes before work is officially shipped and a core driver for maintaining best-in-class reports and high quality deliverables.
- Act as a core strategic translator by having deep knowledge of both the customer and Brandwatch.
- Be a key player on pre-campaign reporting prep and will intake ambiguous research questions and performance goals to distill them into digestible measurement briefs for the Brandwatch team.
