Founded in 1997, AdultEmpire.com is a privately owned eCommerce website based in Warrendale, PA. We have many divisions, including marketing, mail order, VOD, reviews, development, and rentals. We are looking to add to our team of experienced and dedicated customer service representatives. After training, you are eligible to participate in our up-selling program to put more money in your pocket.
This can be a remote job but you must complete training at our location in Warrendale first.
Tuesday- Friday 2-10 Saturday 12-8

Job responsibilities include:
- Must be comfortable working with adult materials (gay/bi/trans/straight)
- Taking inbound calls, answering emails and interacting with customers through Live Chat
- Order and account maintenance
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
- Entering orders for catalog mail orders
- Resolving customer's service or billing complaints and noting accounts
- Ensuring that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints and to determine possible causes
- Working with other departments to resolve any issues with the customer experience
- Striving to give every customer the best experience possible.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be vaccinated!
- Open-minded
- High school diploma
- Proficient in MS office
- Typing speed of 45wpm
- Experience using computers
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent grammar
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Possesses reliable transportation
- 1-2 years experience in an inbound call center environment preferred

This can be a work-from-home job. But you must train in our Warrendale location.
Masks must be worn we have cleaning procedures that must be followed on site.
