Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Representative

Report To: Regional Director of Sales

Job Responsibilities:

· Enter and create sales orders into system

· Greet visitors and assist if needed

· Maintain continuous communication between customer base, sales, production, and warehouse staff to ensure accurate information is processed and recorded

· Maintain inventory records for shipping and projections

· Communicate frequently with the management and customers on trucking updates/issues/statuses.

· Track various reports on weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

· Other responsibilities as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative field.
• Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot and problem solve beyond routine issues.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
