- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Follow directions as given.
- Must be flexible with time schedule.
- Clerical Experience.
- Dispatching and/or Routing.
- Managing Truck status.
- Follow up with customers on service provided.
- Planning routes for next day delivery.
- Intercommunication.
- Ability to problem solve, self-guided.
- Evaluates issues and solutions to provide the best outcome for the client and end-users.
- Assist with routing issues as they arise and work with the Delivery Specialist for coordination.
- Managing Spreadsheets.
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
