Westpark Communications is growing and we are looking for Call Center Customer Service Representatives for our Nashville, Tennessee office! (Bilingual is a plus)

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific requests/inquiries.
  • Capturing information and entering data into the computer in a timely manner.
  • Operate our customer service database and read relevant call handling instructions.
  • Relay messages and route calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Follow up the calls of the client with clerical duties as well as liaising with other departments.
  • Dedicate your work-time to providing personalized customer service at the highest level.


What is required of you?

  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Pleasant and friendly mannerism, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Quick and correct typing - ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for learning.
  • Reliable transportation and attendance.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to uphold our company values.

Requirements:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Clearance:

  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Position Details

  • Full-Time Position.
  • Starting Pay:
    • Non-Bilingual- $17.50 - $19.75/hr
    • Bilingual (Spanish)- $18.75- $19.75/hr.
  • Available Schedules (4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend day either Saturday or Sunday):
    • Morning- 7 AM to 4 PM
    • Afternoon- 9 AM to 6 PM
    • Evening- 2 PM to 10 PM
  • Work-From-Home Opportunity:
    • 1st week of employment is required to be onsite.
    • Proof of adequate internet speed, a Room free of background noise, Ability to adhere to the Attendance Policy & Maintain KPI scores high is required to Work-from-Home.
