POSITION

Job Title: Outbound Call Centre Representative (Start Date-06/05)
Client Location: Johnston, RI (Onsite - works 5 days in the office)
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2
Duration: 3 month contract
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Work Schedule: 10:00am-6:30pm

Must work Monday – Friday

Interviews on 5/22-5/24-5/25

Notes:

• 90-day project

• 10am-630pm M-F

• No work from home

• Outbound calling effort – script used ~200 calls per shift

• Contractor to PERM possible – performance based

• 1 week training 10am-6:30pm

The team is rapidly expanding its merchant relationships across industry verticals and is looking for a strong people to enhance and respond to customers within the support center.

The service advisor will be responsible for making outbound calls using a script, providing product information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry that crosses your desk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner
  • Make consistent outbound calls
  • Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
  • Aim for customer resolution
  • Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changesPOSITION

Client Location: Phoenix, AZ- Onsite - works 5 days in the office
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2
Duration: 3 month contract with possibility of conversion to Full Time
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Work Schedule: 10:00am-6:30pm

Must work Monday – Friday

In-Person Interviews on 5/22-5/24-5/25

Notes: Monday to Friday OUTBOUND calling - script provided - approx 200 data entry skills needed
