We are hiring a customer service representative in the Stuart, FL area. The customer service representative will work with a team to delivery an exceptional customer care experience. This company provides an excellent benefits package for their customer service representatives. If you have customer service experience and a love of the ocean and underwater world then you are the customer service representative we are looking for.
Responsibilities:
Inbound phone service
Generate sales orders and invoicing
Receive payments into the accounting system
Enter new and updated information accurately into database
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Scuba dive experience a plus
Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required
Self-starter able to multi-task
Detail orientated
Works well with a team
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 - 3 years customer service experience
QuickBooks
MS Office Suite
Excellent data entry
