Job description

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our national customer base by receiving incoming inquiries, making outbound calls to existing customers, and handling varied customer service and operational tasks to support our operations. No cold-calling.

Applicants must be very effective verbal and written communicators, proficient with professional e-mail etiquette, and able to learn and new software programs.

Must be a skilled learner and able to grasp new concepts and software systems.

High School Diploma required. Higher education advantageous.

4 years of professional customer service experience required.

Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a definite need and advantage. Compensation will be considered accordingly.

There are several monthly and bi-weekly bonuses associated with this role in addition to base pay.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
