Minimum Qualifications:

· Fluent in English

· Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

· Microsoft Office Suite experience

· Previous customer service experience

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Team oriented

· Resourceful (ability to research customer issues)

· Self motivated

· eCommerce and/or CRM systems experience (call center experience a plus)

· HS/GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
