Rove Pest Control is hiring a Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to work in our Sun Prairie office. Customer Service Representatives at Rove Pest Control are the first point of contact for our customers. We guide our customers through their problems with empathy and help them get connected to our team of exceptional technicians to get their issues resolved quickly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to be empathetic to customers
- Willingness to help others
- Responds to customer emails, voicemails, and tasks in a timely manner
- Plan and schedule services
- Actively involved in continuous self-improvement
- Prior customer service is a plus

Compensation and Benefits Include:
- $16-20 per hour
- Hourly pay and bonus determined by candidate’s experience
